Join me for a 12 week experience of detoxifying your emotional body, gently shaking your soul awake and replenishing your reconnection to your heart. My name is Tassin Joy and I am a deeply loving woman who has spent years getting comfortable with becoming ME, all while learning the balance of replenishing myself.
Your soul knows the way! Sometimes it can feel so dark and so impossible.. Sometimes you get derailed by what you think others want of you… Sometimes you get confused by the outside noise and needs of life… Are you ready to live a life that is comfortable, fulfilling and joyful?

Your heart and soul have been sitting on the sidelines while your head has been running the show. It is time to step aside and allow your heart and soul to take the lead. To create awareness in what it is you want and who you want to be. This is possible, babe. I know it because I live life this way.
I used to wake up every morning exhausted. Move through my day feeling worn out. End my day feeling depleted and wake up the next morning feeling the same! It felt like a never ending cycle. I used to think that when others felt something, I had to feel the same way. I felt like I had to show up for other people to create happiness for them in order to be happy myself But this could not be further from the truth.
I would love to take you on this journey that I have been on that has helped me become me. I will reunite your conscious mind to your heart allowing you to fully step back into the power of love, refilling our internal heart well. Through many thought-provoking tools, meditations and the release of self-doubt you will find a new connection to your soul’s pulse! This is when we look for light in others and ask for guidance back to Becoming You! Let’s do this together!

Who is this program for…
This course is for the woman who is feeling, burnt out, bland, overwhelmed, maybe even uncomfortable in life. The woman who is feeling like she wants more in life… More peace, sense of calm, desires, more joy, connection. She wants the ability to be fully comfortable in her body and in alignment with her mind. In this course, you will learn simple tools to move through big and small emotions. To deepen self-trust, to love and accept all of you. I will lay out a simple easy to follow map to refule your life and allow you to fully bloom in to Becoming You.
