This is the only way to be able to access receiving massage/ body work with me, plus all my other offerings.
Whole healing creates space just for this. It is a six week, one on one embodiment transformation. We will go into coaching, energy healing, body work, sound meditation, and more! You’ll have access to work with me and all the modalities that I offer depending on what your energy needs when you show up in the office that day.

Life Coaching
This series of sessions are designed for people who are committed to making a change in their life and are ready to do the work that is required to implement such beautiful change.
These sessions will help you unlock the answers from within. Together, over the course of multiple sessions, we will look at your life and your goals from a holistic perspective. As an intuitive life coach, I create space for you to tap into your own inner brilliance and support you to step into it. While on this journey there will be discoveries in what is holding you back and how to move through it. We will release old limiting beliefs and create healthy new beliefs that support you in your life. While exploring the many facets of your being we will come up with clear, easy to implement practices that you can do today to begin to get fullness and joy flowing in your life.

Reiki Session
This session is designed to help promote the reduction of stress and increase relaxation, which triggers the body’s natural healing abilities, waking up the immune system.
Reiki is a form of hands on healing. Energy healing is an aspect of most ancient cultures. We can harness this energy to heal ourselves, others and the planet. Our system will naturally move toward wellness unless something gets in the way or becomes an obstruction. Reiki is one way to assist the body in releasing emotional, mental and energetic blocks, which over time can lead to dis-ease. Reiki sessions leave clients feeling deeply peaceful and relaxed, lighter and more energetic and as if they have let something go.
During a session with me I will sometimes receive feedback which I will offer to share at the time it arises. I will use stones and crystals to enhance your relaxation and intuition. I am only a channel and any healing that takes place is the responsibility of the recipient. Having the willingness to let healing energy, enter your body begins with you. There are no limits to what Reiki energies can do for a person.
